These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website upheacosin.pics and photography services provided by Uphea Cosin Photography. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
Uphea Cosin Photography provides cosplay and convention photography services including studio sessions, on-location shoots, convention coverage, and related image editing and delivery. Service details, pricing, and deliverables are described on our website and confirmed at booking.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and required deposit (typically 50% of the session fee). Remaining balance is due on or before the session date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are listed in US dollars and subject to change; confirmed bookings honor the price at time of deposit.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the session date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
Edited images are delivered via a private online gallery within the timeframe specified in your package. Clients receive a personal-use license to share images on social media, print for personal display, and use in cosplay portfolios. Commercial use, resale, or sublicensing requires a separate licensing agreement.
Uphea Cosin Photography retains copyright to all images. We may use session images in our portfolio, website, and marketing unless you opt out in writing before or after the session.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, bringing complete costumes and props, and communicating any special requirements in advance. Late arrivals may reduce available shooting time without price adjustment.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry professional liability insurance and take reasonable care of client property on-site, but are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items beyond our control.
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or reproduce site content without written permission. All website text, images, and design elements are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
